| The Model 26 ThermaJet was designed to dry zeolite filter cake from an initial moisture content of 40% to a final moisture content of 10%, at a rate of 8000 lbs./hr. |
The Model 4 ThermaJet was designed with rotary valve feed, electric air heater and cyclone collection. |
Sanitary quick disconnect designs are available for pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industries. |
The ThermaJet is ideal for a wide range of drying applications including:
Flash drying:
- dry wet-feed
- blend and mix ingredients
- coat product with waxes, oils and dyes
- promote chemical reactions (such as oxidization & calcination)
- inhibit chemical reactions
- free entrapped solvent
Calcining:
- calcining metallic carbonate to oxide
- calcining some pure metal to oxide
- removal of water(s) hydration
