Fluid Energy understands that when entering into a toll processing contract, your utmost concern is that quality and documentation are in accordance with your own internal procedures. We are one of the few particle size reduction companies in the industry to have received ISO 9001:2000 certification. This certification ensures maximum quality assurance and quality assurance that your material is processed and handled within your strict requirements.
Departments Dedicated To Excellence
Fluid Energy's commitment to quality is unique in the
toll processing
industry and is manifest in full-time, in-house Quality Assurance and Environmental Health and Safety departments. For maximum quality assurance, we perform all toll processing in accordance with strict requirements and GMP specifications. Fluid Energy takes extensive steps to eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination. We maintain separate areas for pigments, hazardous and technical materials, and a separate building for food-grade products.
Quality Assurance
Fluid Energy's quality assurance department ensures that particle size specifications are strictly controlled and documented. QC personnel are also responsible for ensuring that all product is processed within specifications of the order, including particle size, packaging, labeling and sample generation.
EHS (Environmental Health and Safety)
At Fluid Energy we have staff dedicated to full-time monitoring of all EHS concerns. We are committed to properly evaluating all new materials, ensuring that equipment will safely process all materials, and that operators maintain all prescribed safety standards. We provide on-going training programs for safe handling of all products and disposition of all waste materials. |
